Shipping policy

At XIX Culture, every piece is made by hand with careful attention to quality and detail. Because our artwork is handcrafted, each order requires production time before it is shipped.

Processing Time

• All orders require 6–8 weeks for production before shipment.
• Processing begins once payment has been received.
• During periods of high order volume, production may take longer. If this occurs, customers will be notified.

Shipping

• Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
• After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Handcrafted Products
Many of our products are hand-painted, hand-finished, or otherwise made to order. As a result, production times are longer than mass-produced items. We prioritize quality and craftsmanship over speed and appreciate your patience.

Order Updates
Customers are welcome to contact us at any time for an update on their order. We strive to communicate throughout the production process whenever possible.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will assist with tracking and carrier issues whenever possible, carrier delays are outside of our control.
